Evo Morales’ Bolivia and Rafael Correa’s Ecuador provide us with examples of how governments representing the 99% can take decisive action against corporate control of their economies and meet the pressing needs of their peoples. Now their economies have vastly improved, poverty and income inequality have been drastically reduced. Health care is now free for all, illiteracy eliminated, free universities have been constructed for the Original Peoples of their countries, and now the people are actively involved in building a new and more humane society.
