The BRICS, five countries, the BRICS: China, the Russian Federation, India, Brazil, South Africa, five countries that came there paving the way, and the empires, the imperialists of the earth, logically trying to avoid this integration between nations that want to cooperate, nations that are integrated, are incorporated, not to invade another country, not to bomb other countries, but rather unite to strengthen relations in the economic field, in the commercial field, in the social field, in the productive field. It is a fight for peace! This is the first great break, the first great blow imperialism has received by the world which has been subject to its tyranny.
Here we are also seeing how the African peoples have integrated, how African peoples who were subjected to slavery fight for their Independence, for their self-determination, for their sovereignty.
And here in Latin America we see how the Armed Forces of the entire region are getting closer, they are managing to integrate, they are holding meetings, not to plan any invasion, not to plan attacks against other peoples, but to strengthen the defense of the peoples of the Latin American and Caribbean Region; to ensure the peace of our peoples by fighting crime, drug trafficking; providing solidarity to the peoples in the face of the difficulties caused by natural phenomena; fighting crime, drug trafficking, as we said. That is the agenda of the Latin American and Caribbean Armies, and that is the agenda of the Central American Armies.
And how much we appreciate this recognition that is in recognition of the Nicaraguan people, the Nicaraguan army, which has been able to strengthen this integration between Central American Brothers. Just talking about the fact that Honduras and Nicaragua developed, through the Armed Forces, those operations of Sandino and Morazán… Morazán, the great unionist, who fought for Central American Unity, is a clear example that there is a new consciousness in the region, that a solid consciousness is being established in terms of achieving independence, to be ruled by our peoples, but not to be ruled by empires.
This is really extraordinary news, because this is giving rise to what today is already being established in different ways, which is the World, humanity in multipolar relations, that is, all the peoples of the World, from which the with the smallest territory and the smallest population, to the one with the largest population. China, India, give an example, they have the largest population in the world, India and China, and we see how they do not engage in military adventures, nor do they engage in aggression, and what there is is a smear campaign.
As General Avilés already denounced, the smear campaign is planetary, because the imperialists of the Earth slander those who want to be independent, slander those who do not want to be slaves, slander those who are willing to be free. And how they smear the PRC every day, simply because they establish relations with peoples who have difficult conditions and cooperate with these peoples. Of course, that does not go with what are the feelings of capitalism.
Capitalism is not there to cooperate with the poor, but rather it is there to squeeze the poor, to rob the poor, to steal the wealth of the peoples, from what is the human force turning them into slaves, to natural resources. They know that in Latin America, Africa, in Asia, there are natural resources, and they do not want these peoples to be independent, because then they would lose the practice they have right now of extracting, stealing those natural resources, they would lose it.
And it is the struggle that is being waged in the world and, logically, they are complex historical transitions, they take place in the midst of enormous contradictions, at a time when we see how the imperialist countries are investing thousands and thousands and billions to try to stop , to take away the right of the Russian Federation to recover what has historically belonged to the Russian Federation and which has been populated by the Russian Federation.
And NATO is united there, and while the world cries out that food is needed for peoples who are starving, they are investing billions and billions of dollars, or euros, in a war that will only lead to the defeat of the Earth’s imperialists.
It is NATO confronting the Russian Federation, confronting the Russian people, and also confronting the International Community, because the International Community does not applaud or view favorably the way in which they are investing more and more in weapons, more in resources, so that the blood of human beings continue to flow there, in all that territory, in the territory of Ukraine and it is the territory that belongs to Russia, blood flowing, when these problems could well be solved, acknowledging the agreements that were reached.
When the Soviet Union ceased to exist and agreements where borders were delimited and where elections were held, where a President who was a Friend of Peace and a Friend of the Russian Federation triumphed in Ukraine, there was the Road to Peace . And what did they do? The coup came, they resorted to the coup led by the Nazis, because there is a good Nazi population there in the Ukraine.
In the Second World War the Nazis had, installed important bases in the Ukraine and there were forces that continue to think, act and defend Nazism publicly. When the coup d’état the Nazis walked around with the famous Hitler Swastika, they wore it, and the flags with the Swastika, and they still wear it.
This is a war, this war that is being imposed on the World, because it is a war that is imposed on the World because it harms humanity in general, logically directly to the peoples who are in that region, and also it hurts the peoples who are subject to the capitalists, to the imperialists, it hurts the European people, it hurts the North American people.
There they are continually concerned, because instead of investing those millions there, for the war, they are not investing them in Europe, where there are hungry people in Europe, they are not investing them to care for the thousands of emigrants that the Europeans are throwing to their deaths. Those millions are not invested in the United States where there are also millions of North Americans who suffer from hunger and who have no home to live in and who have to live under bridges. That is to say, in the capitalist countries there is a lot of wealth, it is true, a lot of abundance, but it is in few hands.
Most of these peoples suffer, a good part of these peoples suffer, and this is a war that is making these peoples suffer, and it also affects the World Community, because it alters fuel prices, food prices, and by altering the prices of food and fuel, then, this also hurts the European peoples, the North American people, all the peoples of the world, everyone!
But we are optimistic, because we see that, on the other hand, from the countries that have a sense of humanity, nations that are powers and that have a sense of humanity. Integration is being promoted, and in the BRICS there are no longer only five Countries, there Iran was incorporated, Argentina was incorporated, the United Arab Emirates; that is, there are no longer five BRICS, there are eight, and how many countries, Ethiopia also integrated into the BRICS, that is, they are growing and are knocking on the door, among them we are knocking on the door, because that is the Multipolar World where peoples come together, from the most powerful countries to the most impoverished countries, to unite efforts in the fight for peace, against hunger, in the fight for the survival of humanity, in the fight for the defense of the environment.
The agenda is not there to program wars like the ones that have been programmed and continue to be programmed by NATO, headed by the United States, and logically subordinated to NATO by the European countries. And some countries that are members of the European Union do not agree with the way in which this issue is being treated, because everyone loses.
Wheat, wheat is a fundamental food for the peoples, for us, and these situations tend to make the price of wheat more expensive. And there they are looking for how to reach agreements so that the wheat that is stagnant in that area due to the war can be mobilized, so that it can be mobilized for the benefit of the poor.
Because there was an agreement first, and it turned out that the wheat that came out of there, which they swore was going to be for the poor, went to the hands of the rich countries that did tremendous business with that wheat, and a small part went to give to poor countries; that is to say, enriching himself with the pain, with the blood, with the hunger of the peoples.
Dear brothers and sisters, dear families, dear brothers and sisters of the Nicaraguan Army, today, September 4, the General reminded us of the date on which our General Sandino installed, formed the Ejército Defensor de la Soberanía Nacional, in the fight against the imperialists of the earth, always fighting with courage, with dignity, with the courage of our Heroes and Martyrs, who throughout history have faced the invaders.
And for these first days of September, in the year 1928 when our General Sandino was fighting, three US Army bombers and three other planes entered Nicaraguan airspace, that is, six planes carrying death.
In other words, the United States waging war on a people that has never harmed the United States, and thinking that by incorporating the planes, they were going to terrorize, they were going to frighten the Army Defending National Sovereignty… No! On the contrary, this gave more courage, more bravery, more dignity to the combatants of the Army Defending National Sovereignty, which is courage, is combativity, is dignity, is the courage that you, dear Brothers and Sisters from the Nicaraguan Army, inherited from the Army of our General Sandino.
