Trip Report – with photos – Stan Smith, member of the June “Witness for Peace” People to People Education delegation to Cuba in June 2014.
We will also review the achievements of the Cuban revolution, such as free health care, education, and equality; Cuba’s key international solidarity with Africa, Haiti, Venezuela.
We will review the moves towards permitting increasing forms of private self-employment, and the continued cruelty and vindictiveness of the US blockade of Cuba, condemned throughout the world.
